    We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order through our website.

  2. Returns
    2.1 Return period
    You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.

Simply email hola@siennaegaia.com with the subject “Product Return” and include:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Delivery address

  • Email associated with the order

2.2 How to make a return
Once we receive your request, you can return your order in two ways:

  • Request our return label: we will email you a label with our return address. Print it, attach it to the package, and drop it off at your local post office or courier service with a tracking number.

  • Use your own shipping method: if you prefer, you can organise the return shipment yourself. In this case, you can copy our shipping details directly without waiting for the label.

Important: Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend packaging the product carefully to avoid damage during transport. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

2.3 Return conditions
A return will only be accepted if all the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Damaged, dirty, or altered items will not be accepted.

  • Custom-made or made-to-order items (e.g., pieces adapted in size, colour, or fabric not available in the collection) cannot be returned.

Once we receive the package, our team will inspect the item. If it meets the conditions, we will process the refund. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
