EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
- EXCHANGES
1.1. It is not possible to exchange an order. The customer will need to make a new purchase.
- RETURNS
2.1. Return of ordered items.
The customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the requested items to return a product, by sending an email to the following address only: hola@siennaegaia.com
The email must contain the following:
Subject: "Product Return" Order number Customer's first and last name Delivery address Email address associated with the order
3.2. How to make a return
If the received items do not match the order, the customer can file a claim via email to receive the return address label.
To receive the return label, you can write to hola@siennaegaia.com. A label will be provided. Then, the customer must print it, attach it to the package, and drop it off at the post office or any courier company as long as there is a tracking number.
The refund value is borne by the customer.
It is advisable for the customer to take care of the packaging and protect the product well to prevent damage during transport. Items must be unworn.
3.2. Return conditions
The return of the product is borne by the customer and will not be refunded if any of the following conditions are not met:
- Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
- If any returned item is dirty or damaged by the customer, it will not be accepted.
Upon receiving the package, Sienna & Gaia will determine if the returned product is in usable condition. No returns will be accepted if the returned items have been visibly used or damaged by the customer, as this use and damage render the product unfit for sale.
The customer cannot demand any form of compensation or refund rights, except subsequently when exercising warranty rights on the products sold.
We do not accept returns of customized items, such as size combinations or fabrics not in our collection.
The courier service for exchanges and returns is borne by the customer.
